Silicone Straps: To the UK, allow an estimated 7-10 business days for delivery. To Australia & New Zealand, an estimated 5-7 business days. To Singapore, an estimated 3-5 business days.
Magnetic Leather Straps: To the UK, allow an estimated 8-16 business days for delivery. To Australia & New Zealand, an estimated 7-14 business days. To Singapore, an estimated 4-8 business days.
Nylon Trail Straps: To the UK, allow an estimated 7-10 business days for delivery. To Australia & New Zealand, an estimated 5-7 business days. To Singapore, an estimated 3-5 business days.
Kitkah.com currently delivers to the UK, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand.
Tracking is usually available after 3 days. Details can be supplied once the items have been shipped. Should you wish to track your package, please contact us at support@kitkah.com, or via the Contact Form page. We will then follow up for you.
Our product may be coming from different warehouses and different regions. We thus work with multiple delivery partners. This is also why when you place an order, you will need to notify us if you wish to start tracking the items. As we will need to first determine which delivery company the order was put through.
It is rare, but on occasion your order may take longer than our estimated delivery times stated above. This may be due to potential customs issues or an unforeseen delay in processing by our delivery partners. Often circumstances out of our control. Generally, customs tax does not apply to our product. This is, of course, dependant on the specific country's rules and regulations, as well as order values etc.. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Kitkah.com is not liable, or responsible, for any cost incurred.
