Refunds & Exchanges

We wish for our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience. Our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a high quality of purchase. 

As part of this experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfil all your expectations. In these cases, we offer a a full refund or exchange.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 days. This term will expire on the 15th day that the product was received by the customer. Our customers are eligible to exchange the product or receive a refund according to these conditions:

 
1. Defective Product or Order
 
  1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (i.e. clearly broken and unusable)
  2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A but Received Product B)
  3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)

Customer have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. When a selected product is not available, the customer would be refunded.

 
2. Product Does Not Meet Your Expectations:
 
  1. The selected size does not fit the customer’s measurements.
  2. The customer  wants to change to another product, or simply wishes to return the product.
  3. Colour/Patterns vary to the pictures on the website.
  4. Material quality is not exactly what the customer wants.
 
3. Conditions To Apply For a Refund or Exchange:
 
  1. Refund requests will be accepted by email and chats.
  2. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 days for any reason.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Refunds can take up to 20 days to reflect on the customers statement, once product is correctly received to our warehouses.
  5. We refund back to the original customer payment method.
  6. Refund or exchanges will be executed once we receive the product to our warehouses for inspection.
  7. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
 
4. Buyer Protection: 
 

Our customers have the right to receive a full refund if the product is not delivered after 90 days.
